Refund Policy

Under consumer law, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or sale items.

Non-refundable and returnable items include but are not limited to:
- All plants 
- Pesonalised Giftboxes
- Any personalised item 


The Little Plant Project will not be held responsible for the condition or health of your purchased plant/s once you have received your item. The Little Plant Project provide ongoing care instructions with the purchase of your plant for your convenience. We are always happy to answer any additional questions after your purchase. 

It is at The Little Plant Project's discretion and consideration if a refund or exchange is appropriate. A refund or exchange will be considered if your item is damaged or defected upon receiving your purchase. 

Eligible refundable and exchangeable items include:
- Pots 
- Homewares 

To arrange your return, please contact The Little Plant Project. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, you can pick up your replacement item.
